Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require 3–7 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address
