Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to us containing the following:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the claim promptly
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content provider of the takedown
• Provide information about the counter-notice process if appropriate

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include the same identifying information as above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and that the removal was made in error.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
