Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalised products
  • Digital downloads
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

How to Start a Return

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and photos if the item is damaged
  • We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method
  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Exchanges

Want a different item? We’re happy to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or design (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify what you’d like instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
